I once did a round of interviews with a bank that included formal interviews with the person who would be my boss, his boss and two of people I would supervise, plus a couple of apptitude tests, psycometric testing and a couple of on the fly presentations(a total of four half days), at the end of which they decided I did not have the necessary experience (I was moving fields) - which should have been obvious from my CV !!! I hope the job was worth it (assuming you got it). Just remind that those test are not made for you to finish them: they are just used to evaluate the kind of answer you give. Very few people are able to complete it in time so don't be worry about it. 2. Unfortunately, I'm not authorized to speak about the content of this test. The only thing that I can tell is that since you how to code, you won't have any problem to complete the test :) This IBM day is not very difficult. It helps you to discover the company better and for IBM, it helps them to verify your reasonning skills.
